Corneal edema/ chronic conjuntiviitis

She has has a recurrent right eye lid inflammation, for the past 1 month. The Vet treated her with antibiotic and she was healed completely.

Less that 10days down the line her left eye developed infection and looked just like the previous eye. So I treated her with azythromycin eye ointment. But suddenly it turned for the worse and her eyes turned blue and opaque. They were swollen and blood shot with a sag in the lower lid.

I rushed her to the hospital and the Vet said that she had chronic conjunctiva and corneal Edema.

He has prescribed her Clidamycin Tablets (antibiotic) and Visiocare eye ointment for 7 days and then I have to get back to him for a review.

I have given her , her 3rd dose of the tablet and her eye looks slightly better. But the red sad of the lower water line looks so so bad and sad. It hurts looking at it.

Can we help her with homeopathy. As I was reading that the conjunctivitis reoccurs in most pets.

I am terribly worried about her. She is a live wire in my life these 11 years. I am so scared of her sight being affected, though it is not now.

In-fact, she has had a blue circle around her.

Thank you so much.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give her two doses of Staphysagria 200c and report back.

Dissolve one pill of the remedy (or one drop if remedy is in liquid form) in half glass of water. Stir and take one tea spoon. ThatÂ’s one dose. For the next dose, stir the mixture and take another tea spoon. Keep using the same mixture for every subsequent dose. Stirring everytime before taking the teaspoon of dose.

Hi

My Dachshunds eye has healed though the inflammation is still there. I am continuing putting the Visiocare eye ointment as requested by the Vet.

How will the fluid in her cornea dry up, when I look at her eyes there is still a blue film over it.

The vet also mentioned that she had started cataract. He asked me to use Homeopathy drops for her eyes saying that it would just only not let the cataract increase. The name of the medicine is CINERARIA MARITHEMA EYE DROPS.

Thank you.

Please repeat a dose of Staph and report back. Just one dose.
