Left side gnawing pain in intestine
Iam a 34 years Male suffering from a gnawing pain for past 8-9 months below are the details am seeking treatment for relief, have tried Allopathy and homeopathy in past1.Describe your main suffering?
A knot like feeling accompanied by a gnawing pain in left side of abdomen, near navel. Feels like something is obstructing or a ball in small intestines causing lack of movement. it is very painful and has led to improper digestion. half digested food is passed in stool, and have to go 2-3 times for complete evacuation, hi fiber like isabgool causes constipation.
The block is so strong that it has drained my libido completely

No other major issues except the intestine problem which is leading to other sufferings
3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
Depression, Fear, anxiety, sleeplessness
4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst?
Gnawing pain radiates across lower abdomen and pointed pain near navel
5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
Had severe Acidity issues, the pain started in a day or two of relief in acidity and its symptoms

The pain is throughout full day
7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same?
the pain remains with me throughout

nothing makes the feeling go

Am quite active person, easy going, friendly, adaptive, nervous at times.

Have to go 2-3 times for complete evacuation, earlier it was healthy and normal. Stools are loose, sticky and have undigested food from previous night dinner.

Sleepless

No, sexual urges have stopped as the issue started, dont feel anything just a feeling of numbness

Acidity relief was due to lots of allopathic medicines including rantac
My homeopathic doctor never disclosed what medicines he prescribed he used to give it from his own clinic. Recently have tried nix vomica 200 potency, china, lycopodium

One more symptom is after 2 bowel movements or after complete evacuation I have lots of burps even on empty stomach

Anything gives relief from this pain - applying pressure on abdomen, bending, after stool, etc

You probably have low stomach acid, which will give you
symptoms of acidity.
Try taking a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar or lemon
juice before eating and see if you find a difference.
Here are some things to read about this.Possible symptoms of low stomach acid include:
The presence of undigested food in the stool indicates a deficiency in the secretion of hydrochloric acid by the stomach, of digestive enzymes by the pancreas, or both. These deficiencies can be helped by supplementation. Symptoms of low acid are:
Bloating, belching, and gas after meals
Indigestion, diarrhea, or constipation
Rectal itching
Peeling or cracking fingernails
Undigested food in stool.Here are a few things you can do to increase stomach acid production:
Drink the juice of half a lemon squeezed in water or 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of warm water 20-30 minutes before meals.2
Cabbage juice is a strong stimulant. Having a few spoonfuls of cabbage juice or small cabbage salad before a meal will help to digest it. Sauerkraut and its juice are even stronger.3
Rosemary, ginger, cumin, or orange peel used to make tea and ingested before meals can also be helpful.2
Consume smaller meals more often.1
Avoid when possible red meat, dairy, convenience foods, alcohol.1
Eat vegetables with active enzymes or add some raw with every meal.1
Increase consumption of fermented foods.1

After the medicine the gripping feeling had increased, As suggested had stopped Colocynthis 200, presently the situation is back to what it is 100 % relapse

The CT scan reports came to normal. i had also undergone thyroid tests which are also normal. One of my relatives suggested that it is can be due to stomach dampness which can form a knot. she advised me to eat black pepper on empty stomach. have tried it twice but things have not changed. surprisingly whenever i ate pepper in morning the stomach used to burn like anything but presently even after having half spoon of pepper powder didn't feel any burning or distress
