suffering from effect of excessive masturbation

hello,
i am a male of 32 yrs.i have been masturbating since i was 14 yrs. Now i have developed various symptoms, In between those years i have stopped at various times ranging from 3 to 8 months of which initially 85 percent of the symptoms wil go, only for me to return to this evil act when the symptoms resurfaces,early this year i was diagnosed wit biatrical enlargment nd left ventricular hypertrophy bt subject to confirmation,i am at the lowest erb of my life,help is all i need urgently.

These are the various symptoms i experience
*shyness (i get uncomfortable around people)
*tiredness
*semen leakage (when am abstainin,occurs after urination or excretin
*forgetfulness
*numbness
*muscle spasms
*bleeding gum (for over ten years)
*palpitation
*loss of intelligence
*darkenin around my eyes
*mood swings
*confusion and lack of concentration

Please take two doses 12 hrs apart. Just two doses. Not daily.

One dose is one pill. Dissolve the pill under the tongue.

First dose: At night before sleeping.

Second dose: 12 hrs after the first dose.

Report back with changes observed.

DONT TAKE ANY MORE DOSE OR ANY OTHER REMEDY UNLESS I TELL YOU.
