Q ;remedy for Tinnitus

my uncle

he has a tinnitus
(ringing in the ear like
the shrill chirrup of a cicada)
for several years

also headahce

he frequently wake up
early in 3 a.m. after
bad dream like this
( he perspirate much that
time)

1)he was climbing up the cliff
but he couldnt gain to summit
with one inch distance
2)he was searching for
his car or shoes
that he lost

this bad dream aggrevates
his ringing in the ear

he has a history of
1)herniated cervical disc
on C4-5
2)cataract
3)glucoma

i am not so sure
what remedy is appropriate..

First try petroleum 30c,5 drops in a little water,three times daily for 15 days,if no improvement,stop petroleum and try Natrum salicylicum 30c exactly in the manner as described above.
