Could someone tell me why Carcinosin is not in the materia medica listings? or available for purchase?Thanks, Colleen

you mention that carsinosin as well as other nosodes are perfectly safe in potencies about 12C. could you tell me why is that?
I took an LM03 about 4 doses each 7 to 10 days and it cured my fears and anxiety.
Also could you please tell me a repertory or Materia Medica that have these up to date remedies. I use Kent and it's not in there.
