Shoulder pain

Dear Well-wishers,
I have had an injury a year ago which at that time was mild and was not so torturing but now it has started giving trouble. Something hard hit my right shoulder and the pain was there for few days. Now the pain is increasing day by day. It is not intolerable but it is getting painful. what should i do?

Please take two doses of Arnica 30c, 12 hrs apart.
