Homeopathic Medicine !!

I have following homeopathic medicine at home and lost the prescription somewhere. Want to know their usage so I can utilise them:

1 - Graphites 30 - 10ml dilution
2 - Arnica 30 (Arnica Montana) - 10 ml diltution
3- Sulfur 200 - 10 ml diltution
4 - Natrium sulfuricum 6x - 20g tablets
5 - Ferrum Phosphoricum 6x - 20g tablets
6 - Magnesium Phosphoricum 6x - 20g tablets
7 - Kalium Muriatcum 6x - 20g tablets
8- Natrium Muriaticum 6x - 20g tablets

Any advice would be highly appreciated.

Note: I assume I got (no.4 -8 ) from doctor for fever, flu, headache, throat infection etc. but forgot the combination how to use and when to use.
