Graying of hairs in children

Dear Sir
My daughter who is 7 is suffering from premature graying of hairs, she does not have any chronic disease .The discolored hair is not in patch it is spread,we do not have any hereditary problem like this.Regarding fooding habit her green vegetable intake is negligible & but is fond of curd which she takes in good quantity,she sometimes faces with constipation too.Can you please suggest some medicine for this

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I'd recommend getting her physical check up & blood work (CBC) done by a doctor to rule out any deficiency issue.

First & foremost is her diet. Yogurt causes excess mucus generation in some persons which accelerates greying of hair.

She has to eat a balanced diet i.e. eggs, milk, bread, fruits, vegetables, meat, chicken & fish.

Her constipation indicates that the issue is not as straight forward and would require further discussion.

Please list down what she eats and drinks in a normal day.

give her thyroidin 30 , 2 pill,three times a day for a month giving a feed back every four days.

Vijay, I'd strongly recommend against the regimen of senselessly giving a remedy for a month.

It may damage your daughter's thyroid.

it will not thats why i asked for a feed back after 4 days. in one of your post of gall bladder stones you had recommended medicine for nine months.was that also senseless. i feel it was ridiculous.and no feed backs were asked for.

Signs of graying hair in people at any age except for 90 years old maybe is a sign of ill health. It is a sign of too much lymph/mucous/pathogens trapped in the head. The acid in the head is burning the hair in the follicles so the hair dies; the cause of baulding is the same.

The body needs to be able to eliminate wastes that its three hundred trillion cells produce. The way to create an environment where that can happen is to eat a diet the OPPOSITE of what caused the problem in the first place a/k/a/ sugar, dairy,eggs, cooked grains, meat, fish.

Eating simple sugars from raw fruit is fine.

If the TRUTH be told, the most healthful food for humans, since we are really frugivores, are raw fruit and vegetables and nuts and seeds.
Cooked Grains, meat, fish and dairy are dead food and NOT part of a healthful diet. Tiny amounts of them can be tolerated but in modern society we eat huge amounts of them.

Go to YouTube and search for 'Robert Morse N.D' or get his book on Amazon where he describes how our body really works and through sticking with the basic foods nature has provided WITHOUT trying to 'improve' them we can restore and achieve health and vitality that we never dreamed possible.

You can also search benefits of a raw food diet or 80/10/10. Also Arnold Ehret wrote a book in the early 1900s called the Mucousless Healing Diet which is worth its weight in gold. Dr Morse refers mentions it a lot.
