Anxiety/ Mild depression----- Kadwa
Hi, I am having high levels of anxiety with a mild depression. I get somewhat teary eyed on certain days. I feel restless at night, and can't sleep. I have palpitations, a scared feeling. This all happened to me after intense neuropathy pain... Can you please prescribe something. If you need more answers please let me know... I did have anxiety because of my divorce and depression but that was 9 years ago...
In June, I got anxiety because I found out my friends husband went missing.it made me scared and caused me anxiety on and off but it didn't debilitate me..I did have some stress planning the formal 50th party because I had alot to do..but it was all good and exciting just like planning a wedding..
My friends bad news triggered my anxiety!!!!!
----I have been having work related problems with my boss. He is picking on me for a few months. I told him to back off in June, but then he made matters worse. I felt alot of pressure.
The stress caused neuropathy to happen, and my mind couldn't bear the extreme pain...it got to me...then a few days after neuropathy went away, depression came in around aug 31 it started a bit, but last Sunday I started feeling it more.. I a lacking umph...
I didn't t have depression prior to this...I don't handle bad news well, I get very emotional maybe hysterical...any questions feel free to ask...

I feel anxious, palpitations, can't sleep at all or just get 2-3 hours a night..sometimes a cry a little sometimes I feel helpless, I feel like I am missing the spunk I had.. Racing thoughts..lI a normally very outgoing, energetic,friendly, now I am on the quieter side, not going out much because feeling anxious and mildly depressed... Appetite is not bad... I need more drive....I seem a little sad...beaten up...I push myself everyday... I try to keep busy.. At night is the worst ...I feel like I can't control of my emotions....I am feeling scared of my own feelings the anxiety is causing....

look on any post with Kadwa and he does dosing the same.
2 pills or 2 drops in 20 ml water. Stay away from coffee,
on the day you take this.

Take it an hour before or after food or drink,

Their is only availability of 30c in stores by me, can I take that . The order for 200c will take one week. If so, do I still take 2pills once a day or will dosage change? Thanks

Yes. You can take Phosphorus 30 in exactly the same way.

Hi Kadwa, I took 30c on Monday . Shortly thereafter about 2hours later I had crying episodes two or three times then crying went away. However, I am still feeling some anxiety and I just don't feel any'spunk in me, loss of self confidence..

I am writing back as to how I am feeling, it's now been one week since I took phosphorus 30c..Shortly thereafter about 2hours after taking remedy, I had crying episodes two or three times then crying went away for 3 days and returned a bit on Thursday I cried twice, and then a little yesterday .i have crying spells on and off today.... I see improvement in anxiety better but not gone, I feel palpitations, and can't sleep at night... my biggest problem now is I i am battling a mild/medium depression for two weeks.. I feel like I am lacking the drive, the motivation... I can feel I have a depression. I feel it was trigged from severe neuropathy pain , then anxiety, then depression.Please advise what to take as I need to get better to resume work in the near future.. I hate feeling sort of an emotional flat...I feel sometimes I am getting better, then the next morning I feel the downness again...I don't want to take anti depressants if possible... Thank you!

I have two chronic problems I need your help with..I have hypoglycemia.I feel severe hunger pangs occasionally, which come on suddenly with extreme tiredness., exhaustion.. difficult to think....eating does not help much...I eat and shortly thereafter hungry again..sometimes to the point of nausea..the hypoglycemia

I tried Reckeweg Bio 86.. in the past..I took one bottle over course of few months, 5 drops in tablespoon.didn't cure...
Secondly, I have IBS since January 2013..I had sudden onset of diarrhea and intestinal spasms which have not resolved...no weight loss, or cramping..
I have been on cortisol replacement for 10 yes ,10mg due to pituitary tumor removal.cortisol on low side, last blood test was 42 rather high..its always been around 5.need to repeat endo concerned why its now 42.. thanks]
