17 yo male athlete with pilonidal cyst

Hi,
My son is dealing with a pilonidal cyst. I experienced one when I was younger and underwent surgery. I do not want him to endure the same torture.

I have read through numerous posts on this subject and would like advice. I put him on calcarea sulphurica 6c (3x/day) and after 2 days, it is starting to ooze pus. Day 3 now of oozing. He is in great discomfort; unable to sit or walk but pain is subsiding a tiny bit since the onset of discharge. (Tumeric & black pepper plus white willow tea have helped with the pain as well.)

I wanted to know when should I administer my myristica 30c? Do I wait a few days more for the cal sul to continue working? May I give both to him in conjunction? I also have ordered silicae and expect it to arrive today. When would I administer that?

Thank you and God Bless,
Samantha
