Could Natrum Mur help here?

My friend, 23 years old male has every summer skin rashes urticaria/eczema? He has had it almost his whole life, but for the last 2-3 years it is worse.

It is aggravated by heat of any kind as well as sunlight. On the sun the skin feels burning.

He feels better by bathing in cold water and he does bathe three times a day.

He is thirsty, drinks a lot of water everyday and has a desire for salty food.

Body is also sweating a lot.

In the last four years he has had malaria four times, he cannot say 100% if all the fevers were malaria, but doctors supposed so. They were treated with homeopathy.

He is very thoughtful and introspective and is a lot of worried. Always worried about something.

Earlier in his childhood he was separated from his father and friends. There was also a lot of tension, anxiety and sadness in the family situation for many years.

I was thinking of Natrum Muriaticum for him, because of the history of grief and also repeated malarial fevers. And also the aggravation from heat and sun and better for cold bathing. Also the desire for salt and great thirst.

My dear experienced doctors, I would be happy to hear some advice on this. I do have more information, if needed.

Thank you so much,
Visakha
