Dr.Kadwa i need your help once more

from last few days i am suffering from heavy stomach feel like my digestive system is not working so plz suggest me remedy
i am gaining weight from 2weeks also i feel more hungry from one month. problem of uncontrolable hunger started in month of Ramadan
in short i feel uncontrolable hunger. if i donot eat when i feel hungry my whole body feel as sleep.(numbness). and by eating i am gaining weight day by day...
one more thing i also feel thirsty more than before

sir i felt better after 2-3 days of my dose u recommended me.
now 15days are over and by the grace of God i feel no uncontrollable hunger now.
but still i feel my stomach heavey and just 3-4 days after remedy i was happy with feaces it was easy for me and feel no feaces remained inside but after now i again feel that feaces remains inside when i finish.
on 7th day my anal bump became large and painful so i had used one dose of 'nux vomica 20' previously u had recommended me for my anal bump
now my anal bump is ok.but not completely removed.
in short my problem.
please help. me about
1: my anal bump on right side (which is now not painful but sometimes)
2: my feaces remain inside my anal region.
3: heavey stomach+over weight
these are three major problem sir
