Chronic Lower Back Pain - Sciatica

I (45 years male) am suffering with Back pain in lower back region (lumbar spine) since more than 10 years.
I had gone for physiotherapy which give me relief for about 1 year.
Subsequently and slowly I got back pain.
I resorted for a way out by applying pain relieving gel locally on the pain area.
But now the pain has increased and once a day application of pain reliever is not sufficient and also I am getting frequent numbness in my legs, also the pain is travelling down to my legs.
I am having a tendency of constipation.
At times I find slightly relieve in pain when I expels intestinal gases (fart) or has a proper bowel movement

Please suggest me a long term treatment through homeopathy

In December 2008 an x-ray was done concluded as Chronic LS Stress. I was given
tab omez-d,
- tab. acefen and
- RENERVE PLUS CAP

please suggest homeopathy remedy

hi u can try Hypericum 30 morning with Rhus tox 30 evening for one month .also take Ruta Q five drops in half cup water for two times daily for one month..
