Heat Rash
Hello, this is my first post. I am experiencing a rash on my chest and stomach area. My doctor said it was a heat rash, where the sweat gets trapped under the skin with no place to exit, therefore causing an outbreak.Is there a topical remedy that can cure a heat rash? Thank you people....

Hello i live in Australia ( hot and humid climate ) and I suffered from heat rash for a couple of years at the slighyest whiff of warm weather. None of the usual treatments were particularly helpful as it is difficult to stay out of the heat here and have a normal life . Then I came across a little known fact that vitamin C might help . I have taken vitamin C ( 1000mg) every day and it miraculously disappeared. If I stop it comes back . Vitamin C is not stored in the body so you have to keep taking it . BUT it worked for me where nothing else did .
