Daughter has eczema...sulfur dose?

Hello there!

My daughter is 4, and has extremely annoying eczema. Everyone tells us that she will possibly outgrow it, but it just keeps getting WORSE instead of better. Her skin gets so red. Its on her neck, the sides of her cheeks, her chest, the backs of her knees, the elbow area, and the worst is on her hands and wrists (most of her skin is just red and irritated, but the skin on her hands and wrists gets cracked, chapped, and bleeds)

First we did what her dermatologist recommended...lotions, steroids, baths...none of it made a lasting difference, and I was frustrated because it wasn't actually addressing what is causing the issues. We then turned to allergy testing. She's allergic to dairy, but that seems to be it. She isn't allergic to enviromental things, supposedly, but her eczema gets SO much worse in the summer (I just don't get it!) She's done elimination diets, but the eczema doesn't respond.

I told my husband that I want to try healing her from the inside. We're in the process of eliminating all detergents from our home, and I just got some probiotics, DHA supplements, and magnesium for her per the recommendation of a co-worker who reads about homeopathy as a hobby. She also suggested sulfur. I'm not sure what dose I should give my daughter...they had 30c at the store, but I worry making her worse. Any recommendations? Or am I barking up the wrong tree?

Also, I'd like to take her to see a homeopathic doctor, but I'm not sure how to find a good one! Any thoughts?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
1. Whether it (eczema) increases in winter..?
2.Whether it itches more at night..?

3. Is she restless..?

My daughter's eczema is the worst in the summer. Its bad in the winter, but definitely worse during the summer months.

She itches the most at night. She tends to wake up throughout the night to scratch.

I would not describe her as restless. She is very focused, and likes to play, but she is not restless.

Pl give her
1. Rhus Tox-30 6 pills twice a day
2. Sulphur-30 6 pills at bed time

Pl give this treatment for 10 days and then give feedback
