Please advice me homopathy medicine for Lichen planus or guttate psoriasis

1. Describe your main suffering?
Lichen planus or guttate psoriasis (photos attached) on wrist, back, thighs ,genital and scalp. Sometime itch in some spots in early morning.

2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
- High uric acid level in blood( 7.4), Constipation, piles( bleeding sometimes), shortness of breathe and want to take deep breathe . My hairs became grey when I was 17 years old ( it is hereditary). Pain in calcaneus bone in heel when pressed and mild lower back pain. Bleeding gums. Sometimes sores in mouth and on tongue. Sensitive teeths to cold.

3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
- Always in hurry, walk fast, eat fast speak fast and miss the right words and afraid to speak in public.

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst?
Nothing.


5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
Around 11 year back, might be after tooth filling.

6. Which time of the day you are worst?
In early morning

7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same?

-Alcohol and Beer start the itching on the abdomen areas, thighs immediately after consuming.

8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?
No

9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
Same in all type of weathers.

I feel good

No

Yes, I talk to myself whenever I am alone with hand actions.

- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife?
I love my children’s& parents and I feel lucky to have very lovable and cooperative wife.

11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?
I fear to be alone in dark room and I fear to speak at stage or gatherings I fear of Police force. I dream of punishing corrupt Politian’s .

12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?
I crave for sweets things and guava.

Excessive

Normal

15. Is there any kind of food which your body can’t stand?
Nothing

16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs?
More than normal on whole body. My armpits remains wet in cold seasons also. Sweat smells a lot.

17. How is your bowel movement and stool type?
Constipation . Unsuccessful urging and some times no desire ,Stool is dark, hard, narrow, sticky and in pieces. Pain after stool. Acidic smell in urine.

18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping?
Normal but my sleep breaks around 3.00 am-4.00 am

19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general?
Normal

20. How do you think you are different from others, if at all?
Hardworking and sincere person. And very good listener.


21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?
I have taken homeopathy medicines in 2002( I do not know the name) my spot were suppressed. But after some years they reappears. I have shown to many doctors some say it is allergy, some say warts and some say psoriaris
I have taken Delsone tab and Clobetasol the spot agains suppressed but after some time reappears. I am taking Dabur Isabgol daily.

22. What major diseases are running in your family?
My father has high uric acid problems and frozen shoulder.

23. Describe, how do you look like? Describe your overall appearance
I am a short height person( 5.3”) wt 72 kg. My hairs become grey on head chest nose etc. Black eyes, oily skin, Brown skin
