3 year old had finger tip laceration
Hi,my 3 year old cut her thumb on the palm side in a circular shape about 1 cm in diameter attached to the thumb on one side and a bit deep no tendon or anything involved. We got the flap stitched back at the ER. Its been 1 month and two weeks now. it all healed well. but the piece did not seamlessly merge with the rest of her thumb. Its more like a bump and the fusing and tightening process still going on around the scar and it does look like it might be okay as the bump has been improving in appearance. She is right handed and its her right thumb. It breaks my heart to see her thumb. Could the honorable members of this forum provide suggestions. I realize that it is sad that it did not strike me to search for homeopathic remedies when this happened.

with addition to the above treatment please Use myristica sab. 3x (5 drops three time). You can you both medicine one before at least 1/2 meal and other after meal.

Thank you for the valuable advice Anuj and Dr.Riaz. I will follow both of your advice. I was just applying Calendula ointment till now without much noticeable improvement. When the scab fell out revealing new skin the healed area was about 3 millimeters higher than the rest of her thumb this raised area was separated from the rest of thumb by groove where the stitches were i.e. along the line of her cut. We were scared to look at it. Now the bump at a difference of millimeter and a half. I will be ordering the medicines today.

This is about another problem my daughter has severe reaction to mosquito bites. She over came some bites recently which left ugly scars on her. We thought we will be cautious but they simply keep biting her. one bite is enough to harass us.
When she has a mosquito bite there's a small rash where the bite is. its hard and hot to touch and causes reaction and swells 6 cm secondary rash around it and within a day the smaller center circle develops little bubbles all over itches oozes and is like a wound for another 4 to 5 days. She right now has two bites that are draining watery.
Last time this happened on her knee the entire knee had swollen.This happened about 10 days back I took her to the doctor so he can prescribe allergy meds or anything to prevent it. By looking at the knee he said the others not so swollen ones are may be mosquito bites. but the one on the knee is not he looked at the bubbles and said she needs antibiotics and scared me that its an infection.I bought the antibiotics but I told him I will wait for a day and that I am sure that its a mosquito bite. That night I administered ice pack for 30 mins. Next day swelling was down by 70%.
Request you to suggest medicines to prevent this kind of severe reaction.

give her ferrum phos 6x,three tablets,three times a day and apply Ledum Pal q on the area ,after diluting it .10 drops in an ounce of water.
keep nat mur 6x ,can be applied externally if there is pain in the area which has been affected.
