Chronic stuffy nose all of a sudden

Hello everyone. I'm a 23-year-old boy and for the past 3 week, I've had a chronic stuffy nose.

At first, I thought it was a simple flu/cold but it didn't worse into headache, sore throat or cough etc, it's just stuffy nose. Nothing special comes out when I blow my nose, jist when I sneeze, a white transparent thing comes out which is the like the regular times when i blow it so it definitely doesnt look like a flu.

The first day when it happened, I took Influenzium/Bacillinium 200c for 2 days (which is what I take when I have the flu), but it didnt help.

I have never had any allergy (pollen or dust for example)...

What happens also is that my nose itches a little bit, then I sneeze, then the nose is blocked.

Some days, it's better but I still cant breathe like before from the nose. It is especially the left side which is blocked, but sometimes it alternates, but most of the time it is the left side.

I've rinsed my nose with saline sprays so many times but it didnt help at all, whereas when i have the flu, it helps straight away... I even took steam from eucalyptus and peppermint oil but it didnt help.

Please advise some medicine keeping in mind that in France, Boiron just provides 30c or less, for example they dont give 200c or 1000c for unknown reasons...

Hi,

Try 3 doses of Ars Alb 30c with 4 hr. gaps. If things get better
stop taking it and wait and do not take another dose till
going backwards or things have stalled.

After giving 3 tries and nothing happens - a new prescription is
needed.

By three tries you mean three doses, or three doses to repeat for three days?

Also, I'm doing Ramadhan, so is it better to wait until the end of Ramadhan since i cant take three doses with 4 hours gaps since the fast breaks at 10 pm and restarts at 4:30 am

Ars Alb is the regular Arsenic 30c?

Hi- Yes it is the Arsenic 30c.
3 doses to try on one day to see
if it has effect.( 3 pills - let dissolve orally-is a dose)

Do to the fast, then try it at 10,
and another dose at 12- see where
it goes. If it gets better and then
goes back do another dose at 4:25 and
then wait for 10 again if needed.
If there are reactions of getting better or
a little worse then better it is going to
work.

Okay so I try it one day, if it gets better, I continue it for two more days?

And what if it gets worse? I stop it and report back here?

Oh also I forgot to say, after 1.5 weeks of chronic congestion, I took one dose of Pulsatilla 200c one day, and another dose the next day. I hope it won't interfere with the Arsenic treatment?

No. If better, stop dosing till there is backsliding or
a holding period with partial relief- when it is having a reaction it is working-
taking another dose can overdose and bring back
what was gone. One can tell with 3 tries if it is right or not. If
it works wait to dose again when things reappear- the gaps
will be longer and longer if it is right.
Post again if nothing happens.

The other is not going to affect this.
Go ahead.
