High Functioning Autism

Dear Doctors,

My 5 year old son is diagnosed with high functioning autism. He is not taking any medications for this condition. However there are a few health conditions that bothers me and I would like to see if homeopathy would have any answers.

1.He is underweight for his age and has a short height compared with other children of his age.He has always been a fussy eater. He seems to have no appetite and even if he eats something ..he is full in 3-4 spoons and then looses interest.
2.He has a dry skin condition on the back of the neck, back and chest.the doctor says it is eczema.we manage it by daily application of emollient cream and sometimes a steroid cream.
3.He has a very short attention span of 4-5 minutes during lessons.
