excess fat on belly plz help
Hi to all I have excess belly fat ,I wak 3 km daily an do other exercise I jst want to remove fat only from belly because my arms and legs average in diameter so do not wana loose any muscle ,its look like I am pregent I eat veg diet only no oily and junk food - I am 37 year old male height 6 ft weight 94 currently Merc Cor-30 (30c) 6 Aloe Socotrina-Q for my stool problemkindly regards
