The ABC Homeopathy Forum

To:Joe - Clarification please

I have just given your Nat Sulph 6C instructions to a patient and want to check something.
Am I correct in presuming that the cup of liquid is thrown away each time and you start again by succussing the bottle of spring water and taking a teaspoon of this to put into a new cup of water each time?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I presume that you have used Nat Sulph 6c in the Split Dose as advised by me for Asthma.

You are correct that the tsp of succussed remedy must be put into a fresh half cup of water every time as it seems to lose its potency in about 3 hours. The bottle must be succussed every time before the tsp is again used.

It is advisable to refrigerate the stock solution as there is a tendency for algae formation in the water if it is exposed to light.

In the event of an emergency when the patient cannot breathe, the remedy to be used is Ars Alb 200c dose 4 globules under the tongue. This usually clears the chest in under half hour usually 15 minutes.

Please report the response of the patient on this forum as this is of interest both to me and others to observe if this remedy alone can help or others are also indicated.

Thanks Joe you have cleared up what I wanted to know. This is a 7 yr old who is Arsenicum constitutionally andwhose asthma has returned after I gave her Carc 30 for her Molluscum after Ars 30 did nothing. She has now been given Ars 200 wich she has had before and I have started her on the Nat Sulph on alternate days as she is on no medication - just a bit wheezy now and again. I have also got her taking 2 drops Lobelia MT tds which I use with all patients with lung problems as it is excellent to tone up the lungs. It is all a 85 yr old needed to clear the mucus which plagued her in her sinuses as well as lungs recently.

I would prefer that you do not use any other remedy for your 7 year old if you wish to have her cured. I presume that she has been taking a number of drugs and remedies which have not worked up to now.

I have used the Nat Sulph 6c successfully and have noticed that it is a remedy that cures Asthma only if other drugs and remedies are not used concurrently with it. It usually takes about a week to establish itself and may be used daily for the first week and then every other day later.

I note that you mentioned about clearing her lungs and presume that she has a cough and brings out phlegm. This condition will take some time to clear up as the Bronchioles in the lung will have to react to the therapy and stop production of the phlegm which is perhaps the reason for the Asthma. You can get your girl to inhale steam from an open electric kettle on the boil under supervision of course as the steam twice daily helps to clear the phlegm from the lungs and also stops the cough.

You also mentioned an 85 year old who benefited from the meciation you gave her but I would prefer that you only the Nat Sulph 6c for you girl.

The7 year olds presenting complaint was not the asthma but Molluscum. I have been treating her on and off for many years and as I said Arsenicum is her constitutional remedy. The asthma reappeared after I gave her Carcinosin for the Molluscum after Sulphur 30 which appeared to be indicated did not work. I realise Joe that you are not a qualified homeopath but self taught and the things you have shown to work is clinical practice.
I have as I pointed out prescribed 1 dose of Arsenicum 200 and forher to now do the Nat Sulph 6 as an organ tonic. I will let you know how it goes.

Hi Joe,

By the above post you mean to say that every night I have to pour out a teaspoon of the Nat Sulp succussed remedy into a new half a cup of water out of which i have to sip a teaspoon.

I am asking this because I was not following the procedure in this manner and used the medicine from the cup of water until it got fininshed.

Please reply..

Nat Sulph 6c when used in the Split Dose must be made up daily by succussing the bottle and taking a tsp and mixing it in half cup of water.

This potentized water is only good for 1 dose as it seems to lose its efficacy in about 2-3 hours.

Can you please post your request for help for your wife's pain in her wrists in a new thread under another title like "Wrist Pain' ?

It is best not to confuse those who are on this thread with another.
