abscess in the root of a tooth

I am noticing a dot type swelling in the gum just above one tooth.Last time such position was culminated in abscess & could not be cured despite homeopathic & antibiotic medicine by a Doctor.Got tooth removed.Also suffering with flatulence after each meal. Diabetes is controlled with 1mg glimepride once in a day to 105fst & 130pps. Pls suggest medicine to avoid tooth removeal.

Doctor I have regularly taken medicine as advised. I have noticed that the progress in swelling has stopped and if there is any reduction in swelling it is not more than 10%,after a week's mediation.
Seeking your further advice. Thank sir.

Kindly Reply. I am still taking the medicine. It seems that 25% progress has been made. How long medicine could be taken and is there need to take additional/substitute drug.
