scare marks on face

i am from mumbai and my age is 30 i have been suffering from acne from the past 11 years i am underweight and my height is 5'9.As soon as i eat ghee or egg or any oily stuff i get the worst of acne so thats why i avoid fried food and so on.i have a combination skin my T zone is oily and rest is dry i get painful pimples on my nose and i have blackheads and whiteheads problem as well i even have small sebaceous glands (clogged blackheads) which is there since ages i have been suffering from bioplar depression i have done treatment for it and i am better now but sometimes i get nervous attacks and lack confidence whenever i look at my face it depresses me more i was even on accutane twice but it led to side effects and also i also undergone Subcision and i even took silicea 6x for a month i have got large pores due to it alopecia near the beard underneath the jawline.i even have acne on my back as well.i don't even touch my face as am afraid of scaring but used to get cleanup done as per the instruction of doctors which have led to more scaring my appetite is normal i feel bloated after having water pimples when they leave they leave red marks earlier i used to get a boil underneath the skin on the right side of my nose close to it n it used to go away then again used to pop up so once an ayurvedic doctor pierced his nail into it which has led to severe scaring.currently am using witch hazel by medisynth on my face and BC 20.i would be greatful if someone can give me solution to all my problems and please if you can give me your email address so that i can send pictures of my scar marks as i have rolling,box and ice pick marks
