Permanent Loose stool and Mental conditions

I am getting through a very hard time in my life and carrier. I hope I get help from this forum.
I am Male 28 from Pakistan. Height : 5-11 , weight: 57 Kg
I have history of loose stool and stomach problems since my child hood, Now things have become worse. I have undergone some homeopathic, herbal and aloepathic treatments but no good cure.
Recently a doctor advised me different blood tests that included CBC, Complete Urine Examination, 3 days stool test,thyroid tests , IgA and IgG tests but all these tests came normal.
Mantal and physical conditions:
I feel lethary, fatigue all the time. Mental exhaustion is dominant all they day along. Hand and feet remain cold especially in winter. Difficult thinking, very weak memory, immense confusion and nervousness most of the times. The confusion SUDDENLY INCREASES after the Lunch or meal that really bothers me alot. Stammering and difficult pronunciation of words. Sometimes cant talk clear and fast. These talking and stammering problem increase 'suddenly after taking meal'. I want to be left alone , take rest , urge to lay on bed after the meal. Sometimes I struggle doing a simple calculation like 34+45. I am slow learner now unlike I was sharp back 6-7 years. I am very afraid , I sometimes feel some serious mental condition growing in me.

Stomach and Stool:
Stomach is loose most of times, Its not watery but sticky. Cant take Milk , it Kick off loose motions. Some hard to digest things like , chickpeas, Channa, Corn, kidney peas disturbs stomach immediately results in loose motions(Not necessary watery), Immense weakness and alleviates the above described mental conditions. Stool discharge is less in volume and sticky. Its constipation like condition with loose stool. No specific time for stool. I felt high transit time of stool. Hunger is of different patterns. Sometimes don’t feel it.
When I was student I used to get motions in exam days. Still mental work cause conditions to alleviate.

Masturbation History:
I used to masturbate, not much though that caused the problem of precum discharge in urine. I am out of the habit now but the problem persist,to a much lower extent now. Sometimes what I eat meat, fish in meal I observe whitish urine. AFTER MASTURBATION I USED TO GET LOOSE MOTIONS, Or Stomach disturbs for the day or two. Nowadays Feel sexual exhaustion and weakness. Erection Is good but short lasting due to general weakness or quick precum discharge.

Psychological:
I have grown up in fear. Family problems, Father strictness and unnecessary beatings. Now I used to talk less. Cant mix up with people. Solitude kind of personality. Heart beats hard facing my boss at work. I think to end my suffering ending my life now. Suicidal thoughts. My parents are old but due to my conditions I cant give a services that they deserve , I feel guilt of it.

Other :
-Thirst is high, drink excessive water
-Sleep disturbance, I developed light insomnia back 2 years ago. Its not now but when ever I take tea, it keep me awake beside It disturbs my stomach and alleviates precum discharge (Tea use).
- Early white hair
-Under weight, Pale face.

Tretment already had:
Currently I am not using any medicine. Using Ispaghol Husk sometimes. I have under gone some homeopathic treatments under a doctor but no good cure. A allopathic doctor gave me Esticalopram 5 mg other Colofac. It hadn’t effected me much.

I came across this forum as advised by my friend. Please some doctor review my conditions and suggest some remedy. I am very eager to join life now I hope you help me join.
