Varicose

I have undergone surgery for treatment of varicose vein (right leg below knee) in the year 2010 (Month of May) although everything seems to be fine but sometimes i develop a minor pain just above ankle.

But the most important clarification i require is, whether I can start jogging again (since i m passionate about jogging), if yes, please suggest precautions or suggest some homeopathy medicine I can start taking so that the problem of varicose veins doesn't develop in future. Please help

1.Calc Flour 6x five tabs TWO times a day AND Ferrum phos 6x ones a day,feed back every seven days. NO JOGGING TILL CURED .
