nigh fall issue

I am having night fall issue consistantly every night twice or trice in a night and than some time following day and after one or two day and its been happening more than a month now and I am really worried and don't know what to do?

Age: 31
Sex: Male
Weight: 78KG
no other health issues.
Feeling very burning in stomic when ever i eat something. Please do let me know if u need any more information I need help on this issue ASAP

Plz take Nux vomica 30c 4 pill or 5 drops 3 times a day after meals.
Plz don't go to bed soon after eating dinner. Do some walk.

Plz report after 7 days.
