Migraine headache
This is case of a person of age 54 yrs, suffering from Migraine headaches since last one month. Headaches are left sided especially near left eye at a point accompanied with nausea and extreme restlessness and weakness of legs. Better by putting head in water. Worse by light and noise. Yawning during headache. Person said he was using mosquito repellent spray HIT at home for past few days which could be the cause. Has now stopped using.Already tried in 30 potencies Spigelia,Onosmodium,Nux Vomica,Arsenic Album but nothing provided relief.
Which remedy is indicated?

Pl give him
1.Sanguineria-30 6 pills twice a day
(Though it is mainly right side remedy, but the headache seems to be bilious and worse by noise)
2. IrisVersi-30 6 pills twice a day
Pl avoid sweets.
Pl keep 30-40 minutes gap between 1 and 2
Pl give the treatment for one week and give feedback
