please help
I had cold three weeks ago and have been left with what I thought was sinus. Currently I feel dreadful suffering from the following:-Sinus headache
Throat and nasal catarrh
No taste
Mouth inside is burning
Face and eyes puffed and bloated
Fed up with feeling like this and trying hard not to go to the Dr as I do not want antibiotics. Wondering is it throat infection or sinus infection or hayfever although my nose is dry and I feel congested.
Please please suggest a remedy i can take to get rid of this.

bump need good remedy for nasal and throat catarrh - don't want antibiotics but will need to go down this route if no one helps

Why no-one suggesting something - pulsatilla, nat mur, nux vom, kali bich - any of these help - my mouth is burning and the catarrh is thick and green that is coming from the nose

Kadwa answers most all the daily posts on here and
the way people look for new cases is they look
for the empty white box at the end.
You posted again, right after the first post so you
filled the white box and the thread looks like
it is being treated.
If you have thick green out of the nose, you have
an infection. You should go to the Dr. for this
bc once an infection is going strong it takes a long
time to get it to stop with remedies.

Nose is now blocked and throat is thick again - head is bad today after a couple of days of ease.
Throat again is back to feeling raw and burning.#Head again and eyes are sore - wonder if it is hayfever.
