Severe acid reflux/food intolerances at 17month old Joe please help!

I took no medicine while pregnant and ate well, had a natural unmedicated childbirth. my daughter cried constantly for months! She would spit up constantly even white curdled milk hours after eating, she arched back, hiccups several times a day. she was Diagnosed with acid reflux at 2weeks old. Md recommended Prilosec or Zantac, we didn't want either so I tried colic calm, gas drops, gripe water, I did (and am still on) an elimination diet. Started with dairy, soy, wheat(gluten), eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, also i am allergic to all fish & seafood so those were never in diet. My milk supply dropped with diet, and lo seemed better but not a big improvement. At 2 mo it got worse so I succumbed to Zantac, which gave bad gas/GI distress. We quit it and then her spit up got so bad she spit up blood, constant crying. I tried nutramagin formula, made it worse, I tried alimentum since it has no corn, also worse, so back to breastmilk. Then started Prevacid solutabs these were horrible, next compounded Prilosec. It made spit up less but mostly just made it so she didn't cry all the time. Once solid food started I was able to test foods this is what I know bothers her. some foods give acid reflux flare others mostly GI distress( painful tummy, gas, mucous stools) dairy, soy, gluten, peanuts, tomatoes, cocoa, potatoes, apples, bananas, quinoa, oatmeal...we did have blood tests confirm allergy to eggs and beef. these as well as Raspberries and apples cause hives on body. She did get better once I eliminated all these foods but never very good, still lots off crying. We still are having much pain and she sleeps in our bed so I can hear reflux and gas/GI pain at night. She never ever sleeps well wakes very often and nursing is the only thing that calms her down. my milk supply is not well due to my lack of food options, not enough nutrients i would guess, so dr has me supplementing with an amino acid based formula (elecare) she does seem better when she has more formula then breastmilk but she will not fall asleep without breast at night so i am always concerned my milk is a cause. i did suspect lactose intolerance and have tried to give her lactase drops prior to each feed and it did not seems to help. now she never spits up anymore but i can hear it come up and she will make chewing motion and swallow it, which does cause discomfort to her. Her symptoms now are... She arches back, kicks feet, has very sour breath, gets forceful hiccups daily, cries a lot especially at night, terrible sleep wakes every 20min-2hours. When teething or ill her meds seem to stop working completely and she chokes on reflux all day long and cries a lot. I wish I would have found you a long time ago. Please do not comment about how bad these medicines ppi are as I know but when your child is spitting up blood you do anything you can to ease that pain. I really feel she is missing certain digestive enzymes which allow her to breakdown the proteins in these foods, she has been taking a probiotic (given to us by her chiropractor) and that does seem to help with discomfort and definitely helped stools to become more solid as they were straight water for the first 4months of life. I have seen nat phos 6x is helpful and just bought the hylands brand at local health food store. My concern is reflux is caused by food intolerance or is it food intolerance is caused by lack of good gut flora which then caused reflux? I am desperate for help. We did try to wean daughter off Prilosec several times and it makes her reflux out of control and she stopped eating all foods, formula and breastmilk. She cried every time she tried to eat it was like her throat was so sore she couldn't eat. This caused her to become dehydrated and need iv fluids. I am scared to take her off Prilosec because she then has so much pain she can't drink. I don't know what to do and feel very sad for her as I am helpless when she is in this much pain.
I have thought of trying merc, or mag phos or mag carb as well, but am not sure. I will do anything to help my daughter so can you
Please advise what I should do.

I see that you have addressed your post to me 2 days ago but I have just read it.

It is very likely that your baby suffers from Gastric Reflux aka GERD (Gastro Esophagal Reflux Disease)

The remedy that has proved to be very effective for Baby GERD is:

Nat Phos 6x dose one tablet dissolved in milk given immediately after a feed.

It is essential that you burp baby immediately after each feed.

You will avoid eating all food that can cause any distress to baby. You must know that they are passed on to baby through your breast milk.

You (the mother) will take Nat Phos 6x dose 2 tablets after each of 3 meals daily and Arnica 30c in the Wet dose taken twice daily. The idea is that your milk will pass the effect to baby. You may like to know that this remedy will also help to reduce your weight by 1kg per week very safely.

Report progress in 24 hours and as often as you wish on this thread .

The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:

Order the remedy in the Liquid pack in Alcohol, also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard at least 6 times before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this enhances the effect of the remedy on the user.

Thank you for your reply! I have been on a strict diet free from all things that seem to bother her for over a year. This is one thing that has become very hard for me as the list of foods she can eat is much smaller than the list of bad ones. I feel malnourished both mentally and physically.
Since starting this post I have been giving her 1 hylands nat phos 6 tablet after every meal of solids and breastmilk for 24 hours with little to no improvement. My daughter is teething now (4 on top and 2 on bottom) and when this is happening nothing seems to work to ease her reflux. so i am not entirely sure the nat phos will not help at this point. she nurses frequently when teething so if i give her a tablet after every feed she gets like 8+ in a 24 hour period....is this too much? the instructions on bottle say 1-2 tabs 3 times daily for her age but i have been doing 1 tablet after every meal per your instructions. Also I just found arnica 30 tablets locally but am waiting for the liquid solution that I ordered online. I will start the np6 tablets myself today. I will post progress again in 24 hours. Thanks again.

Do not exceed 8 NP tablets in 24 hours.

I shall be interested to have her response when she gets over her teething.
