Anal Fistula

I have an anal fistula and do NOT want to have surgery. It's very bothersome after I have a BM and as such avoid them at all cost. I've lost a ton of weight as a result of not eating to again, avoid a BM. It's amazing how much of an impact this has on my daily life. As of now I'm treating it on my own which mainly consist of busting the fistula when it appears and then just dealing with it until it returns. Any suggestions for treatment?

Thank you,

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I shall copy my default therapy for Fistula which has helped many patients in the past.

Please note that the CURE of a Fistula is not an instant fix and you will have to follow the therapy I have detailed for some months.

I shall copy the therapy I have pioneered and prescribed to patients who suffer from FISTULA, FISSURE AND ABSCESS of the Anus. The majority of those who have used my therapy aka 'Joepathy' have confirmed that they have benefitted from this therapy and many have confirmed that they have been cured.

I shall note the Remedies prescribed below:

Arnica 30c in the Wet dose a capful of the bottle taken thrice daily to increase the flow of blood in the body which in turn will help to rebuild the tissue.
Silicea 6x Dose 2 tablets taken twice daily to expel the pus from the lesion.
Nat Phos 6x Dose 2 tablets taken twice daily after meals to soften the stools.
Ferr Phos 6x Dose 2 tablets taken twice daily to improve the quality of the blood to help heal the lesion.
Antibiotic Ointment like Polyfax or equivalent which is used internally on the tip of a gloved finger inserted into the anus after every bowel movement to keep the bacterial count as low as possible in the lesion.

Do not use toilet paper after a BM. Use a Hand Spray device instead available at Wal Mart which is a DIY fitting.
No Alcohol, Red meat, Coffee and Sausages, Ham and Bacon as they are loaded with Saltpeter. No canned beverages like Coke. Do not eat hot (Chillie hot) food if you live in India.
Drink at least 3 ltrs water daily and exercise moderately.

STOP ALL DRUGS YOU ARE TAKING TODAY.

The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:

Order the remedy in a 5ml bottle in the Liquid Dilution in Alcohol.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake it hard to produce bubbles. This is homeopathic succussion and must be done every time before a capful of the bottle which is the dose is taken as directed.

Report progress weekly or more often as necessary.

Thank you for the help. I have ordered everything you suggested. I did have one question, not sure if you'll know the answer or not.

Morning and night I view the fistula to see if it needs to be popped. I can check at 0700 in the morning and all is well. But after I have a BM, a couple of hours later it hurts and I know whats required. I check and yep, it needs to be popped. Because of this I eat very little and have lost a lot of weight. Just wanted to see if you knew what about having a BM would cause the creation of a head on the fistula causing pain and requiring a minor medical procedur in my room? Thanks again and I'll update you once I receive and begin taking the stuff you suggested.

Additionally, the fistula doesn't bother me at all if I can manage to go a day without having a BM, but as soon as I have a BM the pain and all the other symptoms begin....so strange to me. My daily goal is to NOT use the restroom.

Every bowel movement reinfects the lesion and it is the bacteria that is the root cause of your swelling.

The Antibiotic Ointment I have prescribed which has to be internally applied in the anus is designed to keep the bacterial population as low as is possible. The Silicea is designed to ensure that the Pus is discharged and you will not need to carry out your procedure.

Report your progress when you get the medicines prescribed.
