help me.iam suffring from over masturbation,and iam married.

i start masturbation at the age of 12 and till my age reach 28 years i now stopped it. In the mean while I got married and after some home remedies i have a she child.

but from the age i started masturbation ,iam facing problems like mental illness and all other symptoms which one can face while doing over masturbation.

i was always in the top 10 list of my class ,but immediately after starting masturbation my class rank fell to 28 by 30.And i was the most dull boy of the class. and due to this i was kicked out of the school.

now i want to recover and specially want to recover from mentall illness caused by over masturbation and nerves problem ,along with stamina lack and with other problem created in my body due to over masturbation.
