pain in shoulder & high B.P.

My father in law has a problem

he has pain in shoulder he cant stand on up ward direction it is paining so much it starts about 1 month ago. he takes allopathy medicine

he also has the b.p. high problem 110/165 due to stress

BP is now normal


but shoulder pain still remain same left hand cant stand on upward direction after too much try to do hand in upward direction pain starts.
