This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Andy,

You might be having heartburn-indigestion.
In the usa, you could try taking some tums,
alka seltzer, rolaids and if it is heartburn it
will go away in 5 minutes. When things stay
in one area like the sternum-that can be
acid reflux-If you try a different over the counter
med like prilosec, etc and it goes away that is
what is going on.

You then have to think about what you have been
eating, stop eating acidic foods and chocolate etc.
And you can come back on here for acid reflux
treatment or indigestion, heartburn.

If it does not go away , you should have a dr.
check this for you first.

Hi,
In my experience the calcium makes stool tight, tight to such an extent that you may get symptoms of pile/fissures,its better to stick to Homeo remedies than having diseases with same cause and different names, you will b lost in the wilderness of huge shopping mall of allopathy.Cardiology, nephrology, artho, gastroentro, neuro and so on ... without any result and with huge briefcase of pathological test results and readings, which will keep you busy for years to come.

You can find out if you really ARE deficient
in calcium- first. They are showing studies
in USA now ( bc they tell everyone to take
calcium supplements) that the calcium supplements
are CAUSING heart problems. Better to get it
from natural sources.

Aconite is an acute remedy and Dr. Mahfooz
is giving you a safe dose and amount of time
to try it. As with any remedy, if you start to
have a reaction, simply stop the remedy,
report in. Like I said, if you take a tums, or
otc acid indigestion pill and the pain stops,
then you know you what the problem is
very quick.
