Tight/stiff ligament behind the left knee

I have a 16 year old son. When he stretches his left leg, the ligament behind the left knee has very very minor pain sometimes and it becomes tight and stiff. The doctor said it seems to be a tender ligament. We didnt get any X-rays done. From outside, it looks normal and same as right side. Maybe a very very minute soft swelling. He is otherwise able to use his leg normally.
I have been giving him Physostigma 3X twice a day earlier, and now once a day for a couple of months for improving his eye prescription.
Can somebody please suggest a remedy for this and the potency. Thanks so much.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give him Rhustax-200 ( five drops at bed time) for 3/4 days and see response.

Thanks Dr. Mahfooz. I did not find Rhus Tox 200, I will have to special order it, which will take some time. I did find Rhus tox 30 tablets....Is it ok to give that? Thanks.

I started him on Rhus Tox 30 and his stiffness seems to have increased. Earlier, he was able to walk normally and only after he stands up after sitting, it would get more stiff. But now, he is kind of limping and more stiff. Can you please suggest what should I do - continue the same medicine?
Thanks!!

Stop the medicine, wait for Dr Mafooz.

He may be having an aggravation of symptoms
which will stop and he will feel better.
When things have any effect in homeopathy
you stop the medicine and wait to see the
action of the medicine.
