can aconite 200 if taken thrice daily have no effect at all
my husband had cold so he took aconite 200 thrice daily.it got cured.now every time he has slight cold he takes it.i hv seen now it is not effective .why and how is it possible .can it also have side effects??smartmom on 2013-03-10

If disease does not resemble Aconite, it won't cure. Disease has changed its course and so no longer helpful.
Any other side effect? Might not. In sensitive person, it can show some real Aconite symptoms. Otherwise it may take days to develop Aconite symptoms.
Use of Sulfur might help. Try 30 morning and evening next time, when you feel like taking Aconite.

For acidity, quick solution is to use nat phos 6x, four times a day. It slowly starts helping and may be visible in a week. Let me know after 10 days, if further medication needed.
