Prevention of pyrometra?
I do understand that pyrometra is a very fast serious life threathing diasese, so if she develop high fever and other signs she most urgently be take to the vetrinary for probably surgey. So wonder if I use Arnica montana as prophylactic of pus infection, as written in the description of the remedy at this site? Or should I use any other remedy? I have given her Rhus tox/Aconitum (both for septic condition and irritated vulva) with good results when her vulva seems to be irritated. I have orded Pulsastilla, should I use it instead? Since there are many remedies which seems to fit e.g. Hepar sulphuris when the womb is filled with pus due a bacteria infection.troja on 2013-03-01
