Sir,My son aged 24yrs Ht-5'-5' medium to fatish built,has cracks outside anus so while passing stools he gets pain,also little burning and feels better when washed with normal temp water (mind well they are out side the anus 3-4 of them radially and not like Acid Nit.)About a month back he also felt little balooning while sitting,in the rectum,these cracks were there 5-6 months back nit.acid 200(2-doses) gave him some relief but it has returned last month with feeling of this bulging,Arg.met.30 one dose stoped bulging but cracks are still there,the tip of stool is hard and then stool gets normal,Mag .Mur 30 one drop liq. 3 days back has helped him in the pain of his nape(Vertibral col stiffness) which he complained for years is gone ,but the hard tip continues.
actually an MD homeopath Had given him sil 200 about 2 years back ,he started complaining of hard stool tip since then I think the problem is worsening,his skin on all the joint elbow .foot ,has been dry since teen age and exposure for 1-2 hrs to Sun makes his skin brownish blackish (he has a wheetish complexion)he also feels dryness at the rectum,I am afraid if this is going to Fistula or what. His headache s respond well to Nat.Mur and his hoarse throat (which he gets after sining even one song)to Arg.Met.30 which also relieved his bulging sensation of rectum.about six months back he was given Stannum 200 1 yr back by a good homoepath for a feeling of goneness btwn Rt scapula and vertbra(this he got while playing badminton) at the age of 13yrs,but he started feeling worse so antidoted.
any guidence for his cracks and Dryness?
He has lack of energy,lassitude gets to sleep not before 1am in night,can't get up in one call,keep tossing in the bed till 9-30,unrefreshing sleep,
I seldom find him enthusiastic and speedy,he likes to do cooking a lot ,he is good at it,cooks every 2-3 days the dinner dishes.Any further detail needed pl do ask .

Pl give him
1. Calc Carb-200 6 pills at bed itme every day
1. Weekly dose (only once in a week) of Penicilin-1m 6 pills at bed time (may on every Sunday). On that day you need not give calc carb-200
(Pl start with Penicilin-1m first)
Pl give this treatment for 15 days and then give feedback

Dear Dr.Tamhankar,
I am gave Calc carb 200 to my son on the same day at night and it seems he is responding well to it,I cudn't get Penicillin so I thought let me start with calc.His stools are passing smooth,the nape pain(stiffness in vertibra) was coming back after Mag Mur but with calc he says it has diappeared I will keep posting the progress,he also feels energetic,he also used to feel weekness in the eyes(using spects since 10th std -.75) there also he is feeling cofort.Thanx a lot Tamhankar saheb.This all is with one single dose.Should I repeat?

My son is perfectly fine now,The fissure and pain has disappeared,his energy level has also improved.I contd with
calc.carb 200,i could not get penicillin 1M.
Now for your further guidance.

Dear RPT sir,
I am back because my son's problem has come back with changes in symptom actually
he had some loss in his investments and was under stress ,the change is that earlier while sitting he had a sensation as if he was sitting
on a tennis ball,that sensation this time is not there but he had bleeding during stool bright red colour drops,also he didn't have hard initial stool it was smooth but still bleeding was there,
he had taken Arg.met 30 one dose earlier day but he started feeling discomfort so he immediately took antidot puls 30 and this bleeding followed on second day evening,I am still waiting for the penicillin 1M that I have ordered,pl guide.
