Repeating cyst near toenail...

A little background about the cyst although that is just my suspicion and I am not sure.

One day I was waiting outside ice skating arena waiting for my kid and another kid just stepped on my shoes with the skates on. Luckily I was wearing snow boots so it didn't hurt much but after few days I started seeing a small bulge on that place. I popped it and it healed fast (within a week). I thought its done but it kept coming back every 3-4 months. It will break and heal every 6 months. After almost two years like this and then I decided to not break it and allowed it get as big as possible and one day it popped while I was running outside and would not heal for several weeks.
So that's when I started seeking professional help. My family doctor sent me to a podiatrist and he straight away said, there is a cyst inside which needs to be removed. So I went through this small surgery and got my toe nail and the stuff behind it removed. It looked like it helped and I did not get this thing back almost for a year.
But unfortunately it started bulging again after one year. I let it grow again and did not pop but eventually it popped and now its not healing again.

I don't want to get my toe nail removed again. :(

Details:
- 35Yrs. male
- It's left foot middle toe
- And the cyst in right where the toenail originates.
- I have tried Silicia 6x for 5 days (3times/day)
- I have tried ledum palustre 200c for 3 days (3times/day)
- I have tried Calendula creams topically.
- Right now I can not get Thuja cream anywhere in US here.

Please suggest something. I really really don't want to get the toenail removed again and again..

Thank you.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take three doses of Arsenicum Album 200 as follows and see how that affects in next 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

You may take Arsenicum Album 30 in the morning and evening for 3 days instead if Ars 30 is readily available.

To 'kadwa'

Its been 15 days since I took the Ars Alb doses as suggested by you (Actually I took 30c instead of 200c). And I am so happy to inform you that it looks like its gone... Thank you so much! It never looked so healed and flat in last 3 years. Again thank you very much !!!!!

The only reason I say, 'it looks like' is because in the past it has come back after few months and I am so scared of that thought.

Is there anything you want to me take as follow up ??

Thank you again. Thanks !!

You may take a single dose of arsenic alb 200 if the cyst recurs. Ars works well for a perfectionist person. So you are certified by homeopathy to be a perfectionist.
