Preparing hypericum

Greetings, I have never tried a homeopathic remedy before, so please excuse my ignorance!

I have a tooth ache/nerve pain in a molar. I searched and found a posting here from 2005 that said 'hypericum 1m' is the remedy.

It said to 'put 3 pellets into 400ml of water - succuss it and take one teaspoon full every two hours'.

I have 30c pellets and want to make sure I am going to prepare the dilution/solution correctly.

Thank you for any advice.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I see that you are about to experiment with the Wet dose which I have promoted for over 10 years and use exclusively.

I do not use the pellets anymore as I have sufficient evidence to prove that the Wet dose MUST be made with the Liquid Dilution in Alcohol which you can get freely in India, if you live there.

For your current problem Arnica 30c in the Wet dose will help you within 2 hours. You will however taken it every 3 hours till the pain stops.

The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:

Order the remedy in the Ethanol pack also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this shaking must be done at least 6 times before sipping a capful of the bottle as prescribed.
