How to increase height while being and adult.???

hi....m 26 years old....and 5'4 inches height....and 58 kg of weight .... so i want to add 2 to 3 inches in my height .... i have tried barata carb 30 + Thuja 30 and tuber 30 once after 15 days alternatively for 4 t 5 months but it didnt work.
so can u tell me the correct homeopathic medicines which i can take to increase my height and also the dose of medicines......thanks.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
At this stage there if no medicine for height however, you may get it through physical exercise with consultation of a good Physican.

well i have started exercises for height increase from last month .....so i want to know the homeopathy medicines which i can take alongwith exercise...so can u plz tell me which homeopathic medicines i should take and also the dose of medicines?? ....Thnx

okz....and what abt silicia 12x and barata carb ??? can i take these also ...?? bcoz i have read lots of posts on this forum ...and these medicines are suggested to different users by different consultants on this website for height increase..??
