The ABC Homeopathy Forum

Mr.Kadwa please advice

Hello Kadwa,
My name is Tarif. could you please reply to this query of mine.I have social anxiety disorder.I decided to treat it on my own.I decided to do that as have studied homeopathy and I have knowledge of homeopathy. But still I have a doubt. please clarify it.
I know that high potency homeopathic remedies must be taken whenever there is need or return of symptoms).
So,I took the natrum muriaticum (1 M)for my treatment as follows----
1. (18 dec 2012---- first dose of natrum)on starting the treatment.
2.(29 dec 2012----second dose of natrum)
3.(14 jan 2013----third dose of natrum) on feeling the need as if my anxiety has somewhat returned.
Every time I took a dose I felt better. But after a 7-10 days I felt symptoms not improving and anxiety returning.I felt need to take a dose again.
Also I have studied many case studies of homeopathic treatment by well qualified experienced homeopaths. In that they gave a dose of an homeopathic remedy on the day of starting the treatment. Then they waited for a month and gave second dose after one month wnen some symptoms improved but not all. Then they waited for another 1-2 months and gave third dose.Likewise they gave only 5-6 dose in an year(very few doses). But In my case i am feeling a need to take the remedy in every 10 days.I know that homeopathic treatment varies as per individual requirements. But I hardly came across a case in which a qualified homeopath has given doses in a gap of 10 days.
Now,my doubt is as follows,
why I am feeling a need to take doses in a gap of just 9-10 days or is it normal for this to happen?
I have a feeling that it may be because the medicine is not of good quality or genuine as it costed me just Rs.25(not even half of a U.S. dollar) for a tube containing 40-50 pellets of natrum muriaticum 1m which I purchased from local homeopathic store.Although the rate is same in an other store. My doubt is perhaps medicine is not of good quality or genuine thats why I am feeling a need to take it in every 9-10 days. Also, when I take the remedy I feel better within first few days of taking the medicine but after 9-10 days I feel a need to repeat a dose.I have this doubt because I heard about counterfeit or duplicate medicines.
Please clarify my doubt.

Dear mr.Kadwa,
My name is Tarif.Could you please help me out.Could you please help me in finding out two things.

1. The similium(constitutional remedy) to me for my personsality type.
2.Reason for choosing this remedy as my similium.

I am asking for this remedy because I am having my treatment undergoing with a remedy, which I choose by doing online research and using Remedy Finder software. Also one of my previous homeopath recommend me this.So I found this remedy matching my personality. But recently one homeopath told me that treatment using remedy other then similium would result in suppression or palliative cure, even if the remedy is matching a lot.Whatever be the truth, nevertheless, please tell me about my similium so that I can be more confident about my treatment.

Here I am sending you my case history with along my chief problem.
Below I am giving you a case history to you:
I think I am suffering from sociaL anxiety disorder since I was 19.At that time I did not know that it is a disorder,So I did not go for any treatment then. Now I am 25 years of age. Here below are my
symptoms:

1.
CHIEF COMPLAINT
I feel severe anxiety at public like in metro, walking in a road, while purchasing anything at shops, eating and drinking in the public places while people watch me.I calmed it down to some extent by using Cognitive behavioural therapy. But still its not in my full control.Sometimes I feel to some extent fine but sometimes I feel severe anxiety. Also I feel unconfident while looking into the eyes of the passingby peoples in road or in public places at first glance or for first few seconds and also during conversation.when I feel anxiety I sweat even in cold climate.I used to go out only when needed which now I have changed to an extent.I feel very anxious during interviews.
2.
An early medical problem.
I had suffered through depression in my class twelth when I was 17.Tha time I was not able to take decision for very petty things and I used to do a lot of negative thinking which I controlled to some extent now. I l have been suffering through mild depression and inferior complexity even till now which I calm through posiive and rational thinking.I used to weep a lot then.

3.
Also I feel bad anxiety while making phone calls.I am having phone anxiety. And also I feel anxiety from girls,So I normally ignore them and do not make an eye contact with them.
4.
I feel mild to severe irritation in heat, under sun.I some times not able to speak comfortably while anxious.
5.
Last serious thing which i want to discuss with you is that people say that I my face looks angry while in anxiety, which could be due to the muscle tension so I am doing an exercise called progressive muscle relaxation. They are not allowing me to work.I was fired thrice from my job because they(office people) say that I look angry and in attitude.currently I am not working.they do not select in interviews even if i perform well.If selected they fire me after 3 to 4 days on seeing my facial expression.People misunderstand me,misbehve with me.Although In reality iam quite opposite.
6.
Modalities:

Dear Mr. Kadwa,
I took a dose of Natrum muriaticum (10 M) a month ago as per your advice. I felt better after taking the remedy and there is no relapse till now. Sir, could you please advice me further. What should I do now. Please advice further.

Also, please sort out one doubt of mine. You advised me to raise the potency of natrum muriaticum from Im to 10m,as when I was taking 1m I was finding it necessary to repeat the remedy again and again. You might have done this as per some homeopathic principal, guideline or may be some alphorism,Could you please tell me that particular alphorism or principal,so that I can also get some knowledge of homeopathy.
