16 month old baby boy testicle issue
Hi Doctor;I have twin boys, 16 month old, but now I am so worried because one of the boy's testicles are not found. Other than that issue, the baby is growing fine and healthy.
We saw the doctor 3 month back that is the time he mention and said keep observing, now went for follow up and he refer to urologist. But during these 3 months, mostly I do fine his one side has a small ball inside, and once actually I found two balls as well, but mostly the scrotum seems to be empty, Doctor also mentioned that his scrotum sac is small and tight. I am worried, please help me. If you can recommend any medicine that can give positive results? and in Ontario, Canada where can we buy those?

Get a remedy called Aurum metallicum in 200c.
Give him one dose ---one pill or drop every 2 weeks.
Report changes after a few doses.

Thank you for all the information, but you know since its very sensitive issue, so I am running around a lot, at this forum another medicine is prescribed for some one as
1----' Aur Met 6x twice a day for 3 weeks and Then STOP and wait a further 3 weeks to judge result'
2--- 'I advise you to Give him Thyroidinum 30C one dose daily. '
If you don't mind, please kindly educate me why there are different options, so I know whats each one doing?
And I found one place that I can buy the medicine here in Toronto but there are different versions, so pallets are small white balls and then it comes in liquid form as well? so if I take in liquid form, what ml would be one doze?

Boiron is a standard company. No problem in getting boiron remedies.
The strength we need is 200c. 200ck or 200ch would be ok. Pills, pellets, liquid drops ---any of them would be ok. Dose remains the same one pellet or one pill, or one drop.
Aur met is the same one i recommended earlier. If you want to read about it, there's a hyperlink on left top panel under Materia medica links, but it'd be highly technical.
This remedy helps with undeveloped and undescended testis in male children.

his doctor has book him for surgery for april 30.
Is it possible to increase the frequence of dosage so we may see some good results before surgery and we may don't need the surgery ???

Instead of every 15 days, give one dose every 7 days.
why are you rushing up with surgery before giving sufficient time for other therapies?

I will proceed with 7 days gap...
we are rushing, because the pediatrician advised that if testis remain in abdomen there is more chance to get injured in case of any small/big accident and hard to fix the genital ...
and higher risk of infertility since due to warm abdominal temperature,
also to improve the image of personality...
very very stressed at this time, I am praying and hoping that God help us on it, and remedy gives us good result and we get away from the surgery...

past few times I have given him the medicine in 7 days apart...can I reduce the gap more...I mean can I give him more frequently than 7 days...so far no big change...some time I do notice as before his left testis is in the scrotum but right side is usually empty...

It'd not be advisable to have a surgery knife hanging over head and trying to push the system(your son's body system) perform within that deadline.
New dosage guidelines:

Thank you so much for keeping a keen eye on this case; I respect your concern and feedback; but trust me its a very stress full time for me and my wife; we are afraid of surgery as well but the issues that raise up for the delay are making us to go for the surgery in case if we do not feel any changes by then.
But here is some update;
so far mostly; about 90% we felt his left testis is in the scrotum but his right was not in the scrotum but last night I found both of them in scrotum, I hold both of them at the same time with both hands to make sure that I don't mix up or the only one is not moving that may make me think its two; so by holding with two hands; at the same time; I found first time last night that both were in the scrotum. But now during day the right is disappeared again....and now at night time, doing the diaper change I try to locate both and I found both of them in scrotum again, if I am not wrong, it has to be testis; two equal size small ball in each side; I called my wife to show...then she tried to feel and now again left is there and the right is disappeared by the time her mother sit with him and tries to find out....
so I hope medicine is working, still using the met only, the second you suggested, I still need to go and buy that one, I will buy in next two days that too....
please advice ...

there is one thing I want to discuss too;
this boy is a twin baby; I have twin boys...now age 18 months; apart from the above issue over all healthy both of them; but past 3, 4 month, their health is going down; they start teething, before I ignore I thought since its teething time, so they will go down a little; but now they are still teething but got so skinny, very hard to feed; only take the milk bottles easily, gets sick very often, and then get one tooth out...stay on Tylenol/Advil for 3, 4 days and then fine...then around week or two later same story again...now even who ever see them from friends/family, we come across the famous questions, what did you do to them? what happened to twins? are they sick? why are they getting week? so now its making us worried; please advice

For the first boy whom we treat for undescended testis, it's advisable, we wait for a while when we go through with the current remedies, once his issue is resolved, we can start other remedies.
The other boy, who's not getting treated may be started treatment right away for being sick through his teething. Need some more information on his constitution.
Some questions to be answered for him:
1) What does the child suffer from in terms of symptoms (complaints in the order of priority)?
2) What are the things, which aggravate the complaints and things which make the complaints feel better? Example- time, temperature, pressure, rubbing, washing, eating, tight clothing, movement, climate, music, consolation, thunderstorm, exam or other important events, smell, noise,light etc.
3) Describe thirst and hunger of the child? (Examples: Average or Excessive or
thirstless or loss of appetite or any other associated details)?

Here is some info for the baby who is no on any other medication.
the child was very chubby and above 50th percentile on weight and height but now dropping down.
Got very skinny, and dropped to 8th percentile on weight and height.
He was breast fed for first three month..but since there was not a lot; so even he was on breast fed, still the formula was the main feed.
Over all health, so far mostly he was around 55th percentile but on March 28, we took them for vaccination and he was dropped to 8th percentile for weight and height.
Gets three bottle of milk total in one day, one of it is homo milk, two of them is formula; one serving of cereal; some time banana/strawberry/cookie
Taking iron drops.
When we turn on Vacuum, he seems to be scared of it.
He can talk few words; like mama, baba, daddy, naano, pani, go etc
He can understand every thing that we communicate to him.
Like to watch cartoon when his elder sibling, who is 3.5yrs watch cartoons.
Over all healthy baby, like to be in action mostly..running around, climing here and there.
Respond to music, some time try to dance
His head stays warm mostly, some time I feel he has fever, but then not fever really
His sleep seems to be less and He wakes up even on very minor sound/noise
When ever I put him in crib to sleep, for long time he is throwing his head on matteress..he loves to jump on bed, but when he is going to sleep he is laying on the bed but just throwing head on matteress only kind of trying to go in jumping but while laying down.. so I dont know its just he likes to jump or he is not feeling comfortable and doing that my mom states that his legs get tired and they are hurting so that's why he does that..but I don't know...
Compare to his twin brother, this boy has less sleep over all on 24hr time period
Thirst overall is good, not too too much, but like to drink water very often...will run for water bottle and who ever is drinking water, he will start demanding water from them... I give about two bottles of water

The baby who you put on sulpher, no big noticeabe change, only one doze given so far about a week before, just one drop of sulpher as you prescribed.
The second baby for testicle issue, he is on one drop of aurum met 200c every 5 days apart, and the days he is not on aurum met, morning and evening he is on clemetic erecta 6 c
But this baby is getting weeker and weeker avery day, his face is gone so small now, i m extremely worried

Give two more doses of aurum 200c in weekly intervals instead of 5 days and then stop it.
And from April 15, start giving him Calc. carb. 200c two pills as a dose, every week, till april 30.

I just notice the boy on testis issue medicine have got new tooth in the back, its either molar or premolar ... so is that some thing that elevated his condition?
I will Waite for you feed back about this, because I think his condition might be due to this new tooth..
please advice, should I continue the old dosages or should I take the new direction from now...

I ve taken into account his teething phase with new directions. Please follow new directions with one change. Instead of two pills as a dose every week, Calc. carb. may be given one pill as a dose, two times a week till april 30.
