Hi- sometimes it takes a bit of time to get totally
clear of these allergies and you can use a
nasal salt spray ( no medicated ones) just simple salt-
this will keep clearing dust and pollen out of the nose
and the nasal and sinus passages will be without
irritation. Some of the nasal sprays also have a clear
gel to put in and this keeps a barrier up. You can
also get a good air cleaner for the room you are in
the most and keep it running, this will help you keep
your energy up.

thanks for the link dhundhun,

I know from experience with relatives who
have NOT been cured of allergies but do the nasal
spray it is very effective at stopping the cycle-
of course, better to have the remedies fix
immune system so there are no allergies
in the first place-( it took me a year with remedies
to stop my allergies to pollen) however, I cannot be
around air fresheners, Febreeze spray air things,
or off gas of things that were glued or new plastic that
is not off gassed. All of these, including strong hair
products smells, etc
many cleaning agents are known
to be toxic, and I think years of being exposed to
this stuff is the problem.

One should be very much careful about neti (nasal irrigation) - water quality, temperature, salt and process.

Salts sold in stores can't be used for that purpose. Sea salts are used (so unless you know, don't get into it). To be safe from getting infected, some people buy which is relatively safe - http://www.neilmed.com/usa/sinusrinse_isotonic.php

Similar products should be available everywhere.

Use that link for knowing more about neti.

I am only advocating sterile nasal salt
spray sold in stores- not a neti pot.In usa a lot
of people Like Ocean Premium sterile salt spray.

It is already sterile so you do not have to worry. My
relatives had been using a neti pot, using sterilized
water and the spray from the store worked to
resolve their sinus issues-the neti pot was not
doing much at all.

Don't know much about this remedy but I feel that Histamin is a remedy on the spot because 'histamine' is the compound that produces allergies in tissues. So homeopathic histamin should act perfectly. Another remedy 'Pollen' is also quite effective. Logged in for learning.

Yes local pollen is helpful. Homeopaths in USA, tried 10-15 such formulations (for example for California, for New york and so on). It was not so much success in terms of helping seasonal allergies. So they went out of business.

The other one is use of bee-pollen capsules, but then more popular is eating local honey. If there is any nearby honey comb, ask/request owner to give honey. Even if it costs more.
