weepy eyes in baby

hi, our baby boy is 19 weeks old

since birth he has had weepy eyes, its white and sligtly yellow and seems to come from the inside by the nose, it does not seem at all sore or itchy but it does stick his eyelids together when he sleeps

I have been washing every day up to 15 times a day with organic cotton wool and cooled boiled water

I have tried breast milk, but did not do much, have given him euphrasia but no difference

He is exclusively breastfed still

Was 4 days overdue when born, I took 2 paracetamol during labour and it was a wonderful birth no complications

Other than this he has no health issues,
