attention:help my 2yr old!

Hello.I have a 2.5 yr old daughter.i have a number of issues i want to mention.the 1st being she does not want to poop in her potty especially.and complains of pooping in her diaper too.she says it hurts and will hold it to keep from going resulting in harder stool which makes not want to go more.its a vicious cycle.her anal area has been red and what looked like little cuts on it.it also has a whiteish kind of crust on it for a short while.2. She has been.Complaining of being cold lateley often.she was sick back to back with an upper respiratory thing and then a ear infection.the upper respiratory lasted a couple weeks followed by the ear infection about a week n half later.she never got rid of her cough and runny nose.and still has one.she has looked pale for about a month.no color and kinda darkish under her eyes.she has been crying alot over everything and then had a period where she was extremely stubborn.she also had a small staph infection right before and during the upper resp.infection. 3.she wakes alot at night calling for her cup.we keep.a sippy cup if water in her bed.she also every night before bed as i lay her down she wants me to lay her covers over her multiple times.i will fix them then she will get up and ask me to fix them again.She has always been a healthy child util the last month.except when she was about a year and half she had an outbreak if hives for about 6weeks then dissappeared.She has aleays been stubborn about sleeping and is generally stubborn.very talkative and curious.willful.she is imaginative as well.telling us of an imaginary person named bert who stays above our window in the living room.sometimes she will randomly announce he is there and other times that he is gone.she always looks at the same place when she looks for him or talks about him.She is shy around strangers and does not to be in front of large crowds.she like women better than men and crys often if i leave her anyplace unfamiliar.she also has beem biting her nails for about 6 months.and is constantly sticking her fingers in her mouth especially if upset or scared ,worried etc. We have a newborn in the house and she loves him.and trys to help.very motherly.she has a 1 yr old sister as well who she often fights over things with.she is very observant and is very concerned if anyone is hurt,crying,or has a boo boo.She has an excellent memory and can already count to 20 and knows all her colors and some spanish.she can sing whole songs and loves music of all kinds.when she is upset.she will often repeat that she is crying.she is very impatient and often throws a tantrum when having to wait for.something she wants.please help me help her!
