neckpain and unable to write

Plz help otherwise my carrier will be doomed, as I'm a student almost unable to write and suffering from deppression.plz kindly read with patience. I m sufering from about 5 years from
1. Pain in neck, shoulder, back head right upto centre of head. On bending neck or looking downward , uneasiness and something like vommiting tendency occurs and pain also alleviate. Same happens when reading books.
On movement of neck pain increases.

2. Uneasiness and heavinesss in head,
problem in reading and especiallywhen to concentrate in reading books
3. Unable to write . With force may be written for somtimes very slowly, ligaments get pulled and pained. Problem alleviate more if place at which I have to write is high.
Weakness in hand and nerve in hand get pained on keeping small weight in upward direction or even keeping hand upward.
******* above problem is severe . About 6 years before I had typhoid and I was cured in about 25 days. Before and after typoid I had some problem in writting as it was slow. But above problem appeared when I swinged for exercise immediately.besides I have dermatitis and some problem in digestion.
****** I have taken following homeopathic medicines
a. arsenic alb 1m two doses in a day once in amonth for 2month which provided a good overall relief temporary.
b.causticum200 twice a day for 2days in a week for about 1 month and then 1m two dose in aday once amonth for two month
c***** Cuprum met 6 was taken, 6 pills everymorning for 2 months. It has to a extent relieved me of stiffness in neck. Also 6pill of cuprummet1m everymoring was taken.
Gelsemium was taken but no changes was felt.
Rutag 200 2drops with 1spoon cold water 3hourly 4 times daily for 2days was taken.****it quite provided relief from nerve pain in neck and back head.
Rustox1m also gives some relief.
Above medicines are not working any better than above. Plz kindly advice me. Thanks
