which one, strength, liquid or pill?

i'm a 37 year old male. a few years ago warts showed up between my scrotum and rectum. they are in a long cluster and appear to be cauliflower like. after a year or so i noticed warts showing up on my penis at the base and on the shaft but not at the head. these are less grouped but a couple are close and are smaller in size. they seem to be on the softer side and do not really hurt. after reading on your site i have come up with 3 options. Thuja, Nitricum Acidum, and Sepia. can you help me pick which one, the dose and strength, and liquid or pills???
