Urgent: Regarding Kidney failure

Sir, my son age 9 years having Renal Parenchymal Disease and presently he is on Peritoniel Dialysis since August, 2012. Before peritoniel dialysis he had on Heamodialysis about 12 times. The brief of his disease is as follows:
1. Right kidney small
2. Left side Uretreosole but now operated
3. Slow physical growth but he is active.
4. Hb low and Urea, Creatinine, Phoshphorus are high. Other electrolyte is in limit

I have consulted many homeopathic but result is zero. I think that is incurable disease and Transplant is only a solution. If any doctors have treatment please please advice me.
Hope for good result

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Treatment is possible but you need to consult someone near you, a qualified classical homeopath. vital force of a child is powerful enough to overcome most diseases/issues with help of homeopathy.
