4 year old vomiting

My 4 year old woke up this morning, got some water and threw it up about 10 min later. He said he didn't feel sick really beforehand, but I'm not sure if that's the case or not.

He is not really acting sick or running a fever and says his stomach doesn't hurt. He wanted to eat, but I held off on that for a bit. He has been sipping ginger tea and keeping that down so far.

I gave him phosphorus 30c. Is there a better remedy or should this one help?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
If you think that there is something really wrong with him but he doesn't feel so, give him a single dose of Arnica 30.

Otherwise if he is not sick at all, he needs no remedy.
