hair loss...!!!!

I am facing hair loss since past 6-7 months. I have tried consulting dermatologists and also tried various home remedies , but nothing worked.
Around a month back, I started taking homeopathy medicines.

I had severed dandruff and excessive hairfall.

I had been advised to take acid phos 200 and phosphorous 200 ( one drop every 4th day). After taking this for about 20 days, my both hairfall and dandruff reduced...but it dint recover completely. I was further advised to take acid phos 30, alumina 30 and sanicula 30 ( thrice daily) and phosphorous 200 ( once weekly).

It has been around 3-4 days i'm on this medication. But still my hair falls... :( :(

Should I continue on this medicines only or change?? How much time does it take for these medicines to show effect???

I had moles on my face...so had been advised berberis aquafolium 30 along....

pls advise me what to do....i'm really very very worried about my hair....:( :(
